


In 2008 Suncoast Organic Farm decided to expand by converting a 100 year old barn into a Wood Fired Bakery. The large Wholesale Bakery which will also be the place for small events, and hold wood fired cooking classes. The organic bakery will grind it's own flour out of organic wheat and rye berries for over 7 different varieties of breads. The bakery contains a pasta machine that produces pasta at 50 lbs and hour that will make fresh pastas to bring to marker. The bakery plans on making fresh organic granola, biscotti, bread-sticks, breads, pastas, and graham crackers. Classes will be held on a regular basis for a variety of occasions. The bakery is solely a wholesale bakery to bring it's goods to many Farmers Markets around the area, but will not be open to the public on a regular basis. Three years in the making the bakery is in it's final stages of completion.
