This past week was a busy week! Thanks to all who support us. We owe our success to all of our bakery family. This week I will be working on my sourdough bread loaves for sandwiches, Sourdough fermentation, Giving two tours, Our wine alcohol fermentation, MAKING our first human consumable Horse treat, Making Human Consumable Dog Treats, and a Ginger Bread too. I will have all our regular goodies and MAKE more Croutons. I love baking more than ever. We are coming closer to creating our first batch of organic beer as well. GREAT Market .....my last week at being 41 yrs old and I have such a blessed life. I am able to bake for a living and bring good wholesome bread and goodies to so many people. It warms my heart that for the past few years we have made so many new friends and they are a part of our Suncoast Family. We LOVE our Mountain View family. Blake is so lucky to be growing up in such a great environment.
